Well it’s once again wedding season, which has never mattered to me…until now, that is. That’s because I find myself in the middle of several weddings of close friends- and I’ve never experienced that before! Yes, I’m young…and I’m not going to lie, it’s pretty scary. I’ve been perusing dresses (for a “bridesmaid”-ish dress), hotel rooms, bridal shower menus…and I’m finding it’s pretty crazy! Sometimes I feel like planning the wedding alone is enough to convince someone it’s too much work.

When it comes to Seattle, there are so many choices for weddings. Newcastle, by far is the most beautiful location (and probably one of the most expensive!), towards Issaquah. But I’ve also seen some beautiful weddings pulled off in public parks and peoples’ own backyards.

When I finally (hopefully a while from now) get married, I can rest assured that I’ll know where to look for everything I need in this fair city…and if this pattern holds up, it will be made extremely simple! But let’s hope that next summer isn’t this crazy…for my sake!
